By providing your telephone number to Hamilton, you are opting to receive communications from Hamilton, including text messages for certain non-emergency purposes, including but not limited to engagement with current students, alumni, and parents for events, recruitment, marketing, donations, and other purposes. You may withhold your consent, either in whole or in part. In connection therewith, your withholding will in no way affect your right to any services from Hamilton and/or its third-party agent's, goods, property and/or services.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Hamilton is not liable for the cost of any such messages. If you have any questions about your messaging and/or data plan, it is best to contact your provider.
By providing us your telephone number, you consent to receive messaging alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system or device, or any other computer assisted technology as applicable, and understand that you are not required to opt-in as a condition to receive offerings and services.
By opting into these SMS services, you understand that anyone with access to your messaging information may be able to view the messages you send and receive when using the service, and you agree that Hamilton will not be liable to you if this occurs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

STOP Information
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Message STOP to 315-961-1812 to unsubscribe from the service. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from Hamilton. You can also opt-out of receiving text messages by contacting the Office of Alumni Relations at 866-729-0319. If you want to join again, you may opt-in again at any time, and we will start sending messages to you again.
