Jewish Chaplaincy and Hillel will again be serving kosher-for-Passover lunches in the Azel Backus House every day during the Passover holiday (evening of 4/12 to sundown 4/20). The fundamental boxing class will teach foundational techniques such as punching technique, proper footwork, and body movement while boosting your general fitness. Participants will engage in station drills, shadowboxing, calisthenics, and partner work to build strength, coordination, and confidence. This is a non-contact class; no sparring (striking of others) is permitted or included.聽Participants are advised to bring their own boxing gloves (10 ounce minimum). A limited quantity will be available for participants without their own.

Regardless of how beautiful yet informative your poster is, the preparation for a poster presentation isn't done yet. Come learn how to prepare a brief pitch introducing audiences to your poster's content and think through the follow-up conversations that make poster presentations an engaging experience for your audience. This session is best suited for presenters who have already created a poster to present, though all are welcome.

Participants will lay in a comfortable position for 45 minutes to 1 hour while a certified sound healer produces different tones and frequencies on a set of crystal singing bowls.
