The , one of the leading financial advisory firms in the United States, has announced the addition of Hamilton graduate Charles Smith '89 to its senior staff. Smith, most recently a Managing Director in JPMorgan's Leveraged Finance Group, joins Loughlin Meghji with nearly twenty years of leveraged loan and high-yield experience with merchant banking transactions. At Loughlin Meghji, Smith will be responsible for assisting clients with corporate-finance issues such as capital structure advisory, debt facility amendments, and capital acquisition advisory. An Economics major at Hamilton, Smith was also a member of the Men's Soccer team and Chi Psi fraternity and went on to obtain an MBA from Columbia University in 1997.
