
Assistant Professor of Biology Rhea Datta recently published a paper in the journal Methods in Molecular Biology. Titled ," Datta outlines detailed methods on how to visualize the activity of single gene fragments in embryos - a technique she uses extensively in her research lab at Hamilton.
This work was a collaboration with Pinar Onal at Northwestern University in Chicago and Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey. Datta also recently published a chapter on palindromes in DNA sequences in . Her was recently turned into a graphical video abstract for the journal with the help of Hamilton's Digital Scholarship Collaborative (DiSC) team.
