  • Prominent foreign policy expert Robert Kagan P鈥20 discussed his latest book, 鈥淭he Jungle Grows Back: America and Our Imperiled World,鈥 at Hamilton on Oct. 5. James S. Sherman Professor of Government Philip Klinkner introduced Kagan and his many accomplishments, which includes serving in the State Department as a member of the policy planning staff, publishing numerous books on world politics, and writing as a contributing columnist for the Washington Post.

  • Jeffrey Gibson, the artist behind the Wellin Museum鈥檚 latest exhibition, attended an Artist Discussion in the Barrett Lab Theater on Sept. 8 as part of the opening events. Accompanied by the museum鈥檚 curator, Tracey Adler, Gibson described his experience in pulling together the exhibition. 鈥淚t was challenging for a number of reasons, and part of it is because of the high level of details being considered.鈥 Gibson works with materials ranging from paintings and sculptures to garments and film.
